She then gained 30lbs over the past year and bra size increased to 36DD! She desired removal of her implants to alleviate the added heaviness of the breasts.
Shown before and seven months after removal of the implants without implant replacement or lift. She was happy with the results of explantation alone given her relatively good skin contraction.
