View 4 of 4 66 year old with 36 year old silicone implants and known leak on left (via MRI).
Shown before and 4 weeks after explant surgery and fat grafting to the breasts. Over 215cc of fat were grafted to either breast after old implants were removed. Using liposuction contouring of the abdomen, flanks and inner thighs the fat was purified and transferred. A crescent breast lift was also performed and the natural fat IS permanent.
