View 4 of 435 year old woman who desired a reduction in size of the stretched areola along with a breast lift. Via local awake anesthesia, she underwent areola reduction or donut breast lift for a more youthful, symmetric and pleasing shape. Shown before and 5 months after surgery, her scars are well concealed along the areola borders. The upper pole of the breasts are more full too.
