View 4 of 445 year old woman who underwent a vertical breast lift with autologous fat grafting to enhance her size. Liposuction of the abdomen and flanks was done for reshaping and to harvest the donor fat for the breasts. Shown before and 2.5 years later!
Scars have faded and she has maintained the fat in the breasts. Prior bra size was 34C and now she wears 34DD.
