View 10 of 1042 year old mom who had her implants removed by her former surgeon to relieve discomfort from capsular contracture. She then underwent liposuction body contouring of the abdomen, flanks, back, lateral chest and arms with breast fat grafting. A large volume liposuction (4.75liters) was performed and the fat transferred to the deflated, misshapen breasts. She now wears a 36C cup once again with all natural fat grafts and her dress size has dropped by 2 sizes!
Shown here before and 9 months after surgery, the fat is permanent as is her new, more feminine shape.
