View 3 of 353 year old multiparous woman with 28 year old silicone implants suffered severe capsular contracture. Shown before and after undergoing explantation with total capsulectomies and revision breast augmentation with 300cc silicone implants placed under the muscle. She now has a more natural shape and upper pole slope and soft, proportionate breasts.
