View 3 of 359 year old woman with 26 year old saline implants desired removal and breast lift. She underwent explantation, vertical breast lift and fat grafting to the breasts. Liposuction of the abdomen and flanks was used to both contour the waist and to process donor fat which was transferred to the breasts. Fat take is excellent at 6 months post surgery.
