View 4 of 446 year old mom who desired a revision of her drooping saline breast implants dating back 12 years(done elsewhere). She underwent explantation with revision breast augmentation with 390cc smooth saline implants along with a vertical breast lift.
Shown before and 3.5 months after with a more perky, youthful physique.
The flanks were also minimally contoured via liposuction.
Scars will continue to fade over time.
